Mountlake Terrace High School is having a STEM Magnet Program Information Night on Tuesday, November 19 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 PM. The MTHS STEM Magnet Program provides a unique and flexible 4-year STEM curriculum integrating Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics, and several engaging after-school STEM Clubs that add greatly to student’s STEM experiences.  

MTHS will have a presentation and tours for Middle School Students & Parents on Tuesday, November 19.  We’ll begin in the MTHS Theater at 6:30 PM

Students will then be invited on a tour of the STEM classrooms and labs.  Parents will remain in the Theater for an informative 30-minute presentation with time for questions and answers.  Parents will then receive a tour of the STEM classrooms and labs, while students move to the MTHS HUB for a fun “STEM Project Challenge” time.  Please RSVP with this link:  https://forms.gle/EjCRCNRXcVMAdR257

The MTHS STEM Magnet Program is an Edmonds School District “Choice Program” available to students in the district. Interested 8th grade students and families will need to submit an online application to register for the STEM Program.  The application will be available online on Friday November 22, and will be due by January 31, 2020.  For access to the application when it goes online, or for more information, please see the MTHS Magnet STEM Program Website, or you can contact Debra Davenport at the email address listed below.
