Coaching Philosophy-
I want my players to be able to communicate effectively, but also hold one another accountable. Being accountable for your own actions holds responsibility and a guide to forming the character you want to be on and off the field. I am a firm believer in putting in the work and developing a strong work ethic that keeps you engaged in the game of baseball mentally and physically. The ability to "flush" certain things will be key moving on to the next phase in this game. I back my players up in everything that they do getting them ready for what will be next in life. I want to continue to mold young athletes to overcome their fears on the baseball field and fill those fears with ambition and a skillset to prepare them for a long road ahead.
"Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity". Understanding that every action displays a result and those actions will define you as a baseball player and human being.
