Students will learn the basics of film production, through active hands-on production. The class will emphasize digital video production using computers for editing along with HD camcorders. Students will be expected to work successfully in small groups. This course requires a great deal of planning and time management as well as work outside of class time on occasion. Some examples of projects include dramatic shorts, commercials, music videos, and public service announcements.
